Nardgeida C. Jacques serves as the Founder and President of Anchor of Hope Outreach Inc., a nonprofit organization created to support children and families experiencing financial hardship. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, integrity, and a deeply personal commitment to serving vulnerable communities.

Nardgeida holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a professional certificate in event planning. She also works as a nurse in outpatient oncology, providing care, comfort, and encouragement to patients and families navigating complex medical challenges. Her experience in healthcare has strengthened her belief in the power of empathy, unity, and consistent support—values that guide her work within the organization.

A Mission Inspired by Hope

Anchor of Hope Outreach Inc. was founded in 2024, inspired by Nardgeida’s 8-year-old daughter, Roodjeena, whose remarkable kindness and compassion sparked the heart of the mission. Sensitive, gentle, and naturally drawn to helping children and older adults, Roodjeena often noticed other children lacking basic essentials and urged her mother to do something meaningful.

When the time came to choose a name for the organization, she offered one word—“Hope.”
It was simple, powerful, and perfectly reflected her desire to bring comfort and support to children everywhere. This moment became the foundation of the nonprofit’s identity and purpose.

Nardgeida leads Anchor of Hope Outreach Inc. with warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Her vision is shaped by her experiences in healthcare, her love for community, and the inspiration drawn from her daughter’s compassion. She believes in meeting people where they are, offering support that honors their dignity and encourages a path forward.

Beyond her professional and philanthropic roles, Nardgeida is passionate about cooking, finding joy in preparing meals that bring people together. Her nurturing spirit—whether expressed through her work, her nonprofit leadership, or her kitchen—is at the core of everything she does.
